Diet (Order of Food)

At each meal, eat vegetables first, then proteins, and finally, carbohydrates; make sure you leave dairy products for last.

1. Vegetables
20% 30%
2. Proteins
20% 30%
3. Carbohidratos
60% 40%

5 times a day, eat only what you can fit into both your hands.
Have supper 2 hrs. before going to bed.
Sequence of digestive postures.
1.-Child on left side. 25 – 35 min.
2.- Child on right side. 10 – 15 min.
3.- Facing downwards. 5 – 10 min.
After every meal, take a light 10 to 30 min. rest, first on your left side, then on your right. Afterwards, walk.

2x Wheat germ
1x powdered linseed
6x nuts
